Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "T&C") govern the contractual relationship between Salute & Benessere Italia S.r.l. (hereinafter "Toilet Squat" or "we") and its customers (hereinafter "Customer" or "you") regarding the goods and services offered through our online shop.

Deviating, conflicting or supplementary terms and conditions of the customer shall not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing.

2. Contractual Partner

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

By submitting an order through our online shop, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. Acceptance of your offer occurs through the dispatch of the ordered goods or through express order confirmation by email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are in Euro and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately and are borne by the customer, unless free delivery has been expressly agreed.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery is made to the delivery address you have specified. The delivery period is from the time of payment receipt in the case of advance payment.

If the goods you have ordered are not available, we will inform you immediately. In this case, you may withdraw from the contract.

6. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Salute & Benessere Italia S.r.l.) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

7. Warranty

For defects in the goods, the statutory provisions apply. The warranty period is one year from delivery for used goods, two years from delivery for new goods.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation, insofar as permitted by law, for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations.

9. Data Protection

The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on the collection, processing and use of your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Italian Republic shall apply. If individual provisions of these T&C are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
